PAISA National Report and a panel discussion

The PAISA national report tracks fund flows and expenditures under the Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan. The survey covers 14,560 primary and upper primary schools across the country and is the first country-wide citizen-led effort to track development expenditures. The survey was conducted through the annual ASER survey that tracks learning outcomes. PAISA will now be done annually in conjunction with the annual ASER survey.
The launch will be followed by comments from Kiran Bhatty, National Coordinator, Right to Education, National Commission for Protection of Child Rights.
