Policy Briefs

The aim of the Policy brief series is to contribute to debates on administrative reforms in India. Given the central role that accountability plays in determining the impact of services delivered through public institutions, it provides a crucial reference point for analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of service delivery policy. The Policy  briefs offer snapshots of ongoing accountability experiments in key flagship programs along with policy recommendations.  In addition, these briefs offer a quick and accessible summary of key academic work and policy research relevant to implementation of key social sector programs.
